We tend 70 hectares of olive groves in the countryside around Andria, on the Murgia plateau, without using synthetic products, whether chemical fertilisers or pesticides. A completely chemical-free product with unique organoleptic properties.
Essenza Organic is obtained exclusively from monocultivar Coratina olives grown according to organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides or synthetic chemicals, with respect for the environment and biodiversity.
