Salame alla Nocciola Piemonte IGP combines two specialties of Piedmont Langa from Roero and Monferrato territories: salami and hazelnut. This is not just any hazelnut, but a selected typical product with IGP certification, uniquely capable of infusing the flavours of Piedmont territory to the meat, through the contrast between sweet and salty. “Piedmont IGP hazelnuts” are added to the mixture of the meat, grains of roasted and chopped. After being stuffed into a natural casing and the various stages of curing, Luiset salami is ready to taste.
