Full-bodied goat’s milk cheese aged at least 7 months. Penetrating flavors that are sweet, earthy and comforting. Toothsome, crumbly, and full of crystals. Caprino is a 7 month goat cheese-creamy, delicious-grass-lemon-almost sweet- a little bit of spice- good for eating alone as an appetizer with red wine, on a dessert plate or even grated into pasta or on a pizza.
