Inaudi's white truffle and porcini mushrooms concentrated cream. La Tartufata is an excellent dressing for all hot dishes. It is especially recommended as a sauce for egg pasta, rice, spaghetti, gnocchi, for meat, on fondue and for many other dishes. How to use: dilute a teaspoon of La Tartufata with some olive oil, cooking cream or pasta cooking water and use as a dressing.
